All graduates must register to rent the convocation robes. Registration will take place at the Undercroft and Robe Room, Chancellor Hall. The schedule for the registration and collection of robes is as follows:
The convocation robes have been equipped with RFID tags. These tags are linked to individual owners and have been implemented to ensure a smooth and secure convocation ceremony.
The représentative only allow to represent 3 graduates for robe collection.
Please Note: It is of utmost importance that you DO NOT exchange your convocation robe with others.
RETURN OF THE CONVOCATION ROBE, HOOD AND MORTAR BOARD

Important Note: You must return the robe during Robe Return Period. Failure to do so will incur charges.
Additional charges will be imposed for late return of the robe:
- Later than one week - RM50.00*
- Between two to four weeks - RM100.00*
- Four weeks above - RM400.00*
The academic scroll and transcript can only be collected AFTER graduates have returned the convocation robe.
OFFICIAL INVITATION TICKET
Each graduate will be given an official invitation card that allows two (2) guests to attend the ceremony.
The invitation card will be provided during robe collection at Undercroft on 23– 27 October 2023. Guests are not allowed to enter the Chancellor Hall without the invitation card.
