Convocation Registration

  • Convocation Registration is online at UCampus​ from 16 August – 3 October 2023.​​
  • Clear outstanding balance (if any) and make payment for Convocation Fee of:
    - Undergraduate - RM300
    - MSc and PhD - RM350
  • Verify Graduate Details
  • If Atten​ding:
    - Prepare and upload proof of payment for Convocation Fee in UCampus
    - Wait for confirmation of payment (within 3 working days)
  • If Not Attending:
    - To facilitate our planning, please login to UCampus > My Convocation tab and indicate "No" for your attendance
    - Register for Graduation Docu​ment Distribution
  • After registration is ​​confirmed: Download and save the invitation ticket via UCampus​​​​
    • Please log to  UCS ​for any inquiries.​
