The convocation robe, mortar board and hood MUST be returned on the same day or the next day of the convocation ceremony.

There are two locations to return the robe:

Return Robe @ Multipurpose Hall, CETAL: 

There are 3 options to Return Robe:

A. For graduates who do not opt for photo session at Astaka Lakeville and do not wish to bring the robe outside of campus:​

• Return Robe & Collect Slip (Graduate only):

• Proceed to Multipurpose Hall at CETaL
1. Return Robe, Hood and Mortarboard
2. Fill in the Undertaking Form
3. Pass the completed form to Robe Team
4. Receive a Return of Robe slip with the Return of Robe Stamp (keep the stamped slip to show during photo collection on the next day at Astaka Lakeville)
5. Collect graduation documents and receive stamp on slip
6. Collect UTP Graduation Gift​ & Alumni Card and receive stamp on slip

• Exit UTP (Graduate and Guest):

1. Graduate and Guests proceed to Main Gate or Gate 3
2. Display the Return of Robe Slip on the car dashboard (with 3 stamps received)
3. Show Entry Pass for scanning
4. Exit UTP Campus

B. For graduates who do not opt for photo session at Astaka Lakeville but wish to bring the robe outside of campus and return the robe on the same day or next day:

 

• Collect Slip (Graduate only):

• Proceed to Multipurpose Hall at CETaL:
1. Fill in the Undertaking Form
2. Pass the completed form to Robe Team and receive the Return of Robe Slip (without Return of Robe Stamp)
3. Collect Graduation Documents and receive stamp on slip
4. Collect UTP Graduation Gift​ & Alumni Card and receive stamp on slip

• Exit UTP (Graduate and Guest):
1. Graduate and Guests proceed to Main Gate or Gate 3
2. Display the Return of Robe Slip on the car dashboard (with 2 stamps received)
3. Show the Entry Pass for scanning
4. Exit UTP Campus
   

• Return Robe at Astaka Lakeville (Graduate only):
1. Proceed to Astaka Lakeville before 7pm on the same day or the next day of convocation ceremony
2. Return Robe, Hood and Mortarboard 
3. Show your Return of Robe Slip and get your slip stamped (keep the stamped slip to show during photo collection at Astaka Lakeville)​

C. For graduate who opt for Photo Session at Astaka Lakeville (Only for those who have pre-booked or walk-in at Block 1):

 

• Collect Slip (Graduate only):

1. Download/Print Booking Confirmation for Photo Session at Astaka Lakeville (for pre-book only)

• Proceed to Multipurpose Hall at CETaL:
1. Fill in the Undertaking Form
2. Pass the Undertaking Form to Robe Team and receive the Return of Robe Slip (without the Return of Robe Stamp)
3. Collect Graduation Documents and receive stamp on slip
4. Collect UTP Graduation Gift​ & Alumni Card and receive stamp on slip

• Exit UTP (Graduate and Guest):
1. Graduate and Guests proceed to Main Gate or Gate 3
2. Display the Return of Robe Slip on the car dashboard (with 2 stamps received)
3. Show the Entry Pass for scanning
4. Exit UTP Campus​
   

• Photo Session (Graduate and Guest):
1. Proceed to Astaka Lakeville
2. Photo Session
3. Return Robe, Hood and Mortarboard 
4. Show your Return of Robe Slip and get your slip stamped (keep the stamped slip to show during photo collection on the next day at Astaka Lakeville)
