Robe & Invitation Ticket

COLLECTION OF THE CONVOCATION ROBE, HOOD AND MORTAR BOARD

All graduates can only collect their robe according to the size selected in the system during convocation registration. Any change is not permitted to avoid the transmission risk of COVID-19. Robe collection will take place at Undercroft, Chancellor Complex on the same day as your convocation​ ceremony. ​

Note: During the collection of robe, ONLY graduands are allowed to enter the area for the collection. Parents / spouse / children are NOT PERMITTED to be in the collection area.

RETURN OF THE CONVOCATION ROBE, HOOD AND MORTAR BOARD

The convocation robe, mortar board and hood MUST be returned on the same day of the convocation ceremony. 
There are two locations to return the robe:

Return Robe @ Multipurpose Hall, CETAL: 12PM​​ - 7PM
Return Robe @ Astaka Bandar Universiti: 12PM - 7PM

There are 3 options on how to return robe. 
Please follow below steps accordingly depending on which option you choose:

Additional charges will be imposed for late return of the robe:
• Later than one week - RM50.00
• Between two to four weeks - RM100.00
• Four weeks above - RM400.00

STUDENT TICKET
 
Each graduate will be given a Student Ticket that allows you to collect your robe.  Graduates must download and save the student ticket from UCampus and to be shown to respective staff during robe collection.
